This 156 unit Seniors Residence in Ottawa’s east end was a welcome addition to its neighbourhood. The original site would have been characterized as a bowl with the added feature of difficult soil but the innovative design included access roads, pedestrian paths, and outdoor terracing to complement the building architecture and create a unique facility in a park-like setting.
