The Kenwood Ave. Residence sits on a prominent South facing Corner lot in Westboro. The contemporary two storey structure takes cues from surrounding houses in order to seamlessly integrate this new residence with the built heritage of area. The house was designed with a narrow footprint and tall ceilings throughout in order to maximize natural daylighting in the open concept spaces.
