A challenging site, with an approval process that included input from the National Capital Commission, The City of Ottawa, Ottawa University, and the City of Ottawa’s Heritage Committee resulted in a tower that landmarks a ceremonial route into Canada’s Capital while establishing an edge to a vibrant University Campus.
